Group Workshops
Our group workshops are offered out in the community at day programs, after school programs, and community centers. The workshops include instrument demonstrations, structured musical activities, and free exploration of the instruments. We utilize a wide range of instruments including drums, percussion, stringed instruments, keyboards, unique homemade instruments, and much more. We offer a variety of activities including improvisation, musical collaboration, movement, songwriting, performance, and the making of music videos. We adapt our approach as well as our instruments in order to meet each person's needs.
By participating in group music workshops, individuals gain musical skills, confidence, and a sense of belonging. Music has a way of connecting us to each other while bringing out the best in each one of us. In our sessions, we strive to help each participant discover their unique abilities. We customize activities to focus on their strengths as well as their musical preferences. Most of all, it's a time for creativity and fun!
Studio Sessions
Write
The studio is a great place to work on songwriting. No matter your level of experience, we will help you craft your song into a finished work. We will teach you the skills to build your song and to express yourself through songwriting.
Record
Come create professional recordings of your own music. We will work with you to record and produce your music.
Learn
The studio is fully stocked with hundreds of instruments to explore and learn: guitars, drums, percussion, ukuleles, keyboards, banjo, cello, violin, bells, synthesizers, as well as many unique and handmade instruments.
Perform
We strive to create opportunities for performance, whether it be through working towards a live show or creating a music video.

Music Therapy
We offer music therapy to individuals who would like to work towards specific physical, emotional, and cognitive goals using music. Music therapy sessions are offered by a board certified music therapist, using individualized, interactive, evidence-based music interventions. Sessions may involve playing instruments, songwriting, recording, improvisation, movement, and collaboration.
